Bajate Raho stars Vinay PathakRanvir Shorey, Tusshar Kapoor, Dolly Alluwalia and a new bee Vishakha Singh . While the makers of the film have developed a new genre to put this film into called revenge comedy, I personally felt this was plain simple revenge.

A visually rich, beautifully crafted and thematically engaging cinematic essay, Ship Of Theseus sails smoothly and felicitously all the way to its destination.

The film weaves a triptych of stories into a tapestry of human experiences that

D-Day movie review

 (Action, Thriller)

Cast:Arjun Rampal, Irrfan, Shruti Haasan, Huma Qureshi, Rishi Kapoor

Director: Nikhil Advani

SPOILERS ALERT

A mission impossible forms the crux of Nikhil Advani's D-Day. But the film's treatment of the story of derring-do, desperate measures and doom remains firmly within the realms of the possible. The director deserves full marks on that score.

D-Day is as far removed in terms of spirit and substance from Advani's debut feature and biggest success, Kal Ho Naa Ho, as any film could ever be. At any rate, it represents a marked

Only those with a lavish appetite for Bollywood frivolities will be able to digest this over-the-top, mushy romance

You need to be of a certain type to be able to endure Bollywood romances, especially when the lovers break into a song-and-dance routine at every crucial point in their life, and go through a fair amount of grief and separation because of objecting parents/siblings only to reunite in ‘happily ever after’.

That’s not all, love always blossoms between the opposites. The man is often unabashedly

Movie Review : Lootera - (Drama, Romance)

The film set in the year is 1953, is a love story of Pakhi (Sonakshi Sinha) and Varun (Ranveer Singh).

Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane

Starring: Sonakshi Sinha, Ranveer Singh, Vikram Massey, Arif Zakaria and Divya dutta

Rating: ***

An epic canvas, a quiet love story, a cops-and-robbers drama and an impressively sophisticated storytelling style: Lootera has all this and much more.

Movie Review: Policegiri - It is all about the FUN!

It's a roaring 21-gun salute to the traditional mainstream cinema's ongoing obsession with the corruption-cleansing cop who goes on a rampage.

Film: Policegiri
Cast: Sanjay Dutt, Prakash Raj, Prachi Desai
Director: K Ravi Kumar
Rating: ***

Indian cinema is like a massive bouquet of wildflowers of different colours and smells. You really can't judge Policegiri, Sanjay Dutt's hefty homage to hero-giri completed before serving the remainder of his prison term, against the soft gently-undulating movements of the week's other release Lootera. If Vikramaditya Motwane's film is soft-petalled rose, Policegiri is a wild cactus flower from the desert.

Movie Review: 'Jatt and Juliet-2' is a delightful watch

Well, it's always easy to propound something, but once it turns into a landmark then it becomes all the way too difficult to maintain it's legacy and repute.

GhanChakkar Movie Review

Cast:Vidya Balan, Emraan Hashmi, Rajesh Sharma, Namit Das
Director: Raj Kumar Gupta

SPOILERS ALERT

The odd-couple pairing of Emraan Hashmi and Vidya Balan apart, this madcap whirligig has little on offer by way of innate allure.

The fundamental concept of Ghanchakkar is intriguing all right, but it simply isn’t sturdy enough to bear the weight of an entire two hour-plus film.
