How to Get Rid of Nausea Using Home Remedies

• Ginger Juice
Ginger is considered as a great healer of nausea or vomiting. You can take ginger in many ways. Raw ginger juice, ginger tea, ginger toast, and ginger soup. Whenever you feel vomiting, just take a ginger and slice it. Then crush the slices to make a juice. Mix ginger juice with a cup of warm water and add a pinch of salt. Drink it, hope it works.



• Onion juice
Onion juice can be taken alone or with ginger juice. Take 2-3 teaspoon onion juice in a cup and add one teaspoon honey with it. Consume it. You can take this remedy mixing with one teaspoon ginger juice. Onion and ginger juice helps to get rid nausea fast.

• Lemon juice
If you’re dying of nausea you should immediately apply the lemon juice remedy. This is one of the easiest home remedies for relieving nausea. You need a fresh lemon to be squeezed first to make it juice. Then you can sip it alone or can add some honey in it.

Peppermint leaves
Take a few fresh mint leaves with 2 cups of water. Then boil the water for several minutes adding 2 cardamom seeds. After boiling, drink the water. Hope intensity of vomiting is gone.

Herbal teas
Different herbal teas are very effective to get rid of nausea. Herbal teas like ginger tea, cinnamon tea, lemon tea, mint tea and so on. Herbal tea helps to reduce ejection.

• Baking soda 
Baking soda with warm water is another useful home remedy for nausea. Making this remedy is very easy. Just take half a glass of warm water and add 2 teaspoon baking soda. Mix it and drink the solution to get rid of nausea quickly.

• Ice
Some people keep trust on ice cubes whenever they feel vomiting. You can suck some ice cubes or popsicles them. It helps to reduce nausea.

• Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar works excellent in reducing nausea instantly. Just take 2 teaspoon ACV in a cup of warm water. Mix some honey with it and drink.
